Services

Mahad MS PT offers mobile MS physical therapy (a clinical service in Northern Virginia), 1:1 MS Coaching (a non-clinical virtual service), and educational resources and future community offerings through Mind Over Nerves; some may be free and others may be paid. Coaching and physical therapy are separate services with separate boundaries — coaching is never a substitute for clinical care.

Payments

1:1 MS Coaching is cash-pay: $399 per month for two 45-minute sessions, or $599 per month for four 45-minute sessions. The MS Strategy Session is $150 for 60 minutes. The discovery call is free. Physical therapy: Mahad PT is currently completing enrollment with Original Medicare; once active, eligible covered services will be billed according to Medicare requirements. Private-pay options are available when appropriate — contact Mahad to discuss your situation.

Scheduling and cancellations

MS is unpredictable, so coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to twice per month — with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day openings can't be refilled, so a session changed or cancelled the same day counts as used.

Unused coaching sessions don't roll over to the next month. You can cancel coaching at any time; unused sessions are refunded pro-rata at your package's per-session rate, or credited toward future coaching or physical therapy — your choice.

Strategy Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are fully refunded; same-day cancellations are non-refundable. The same 24-hour notice applies to mobile physical therapy visits.
