Mahad PT is a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving adults across Northern Virginia. Clinical strengths include falls and balance, walking and gait, transfers, weakness and deconditioning, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, MS, and complex neurologic mobility.

For every referred patient, the referring provider receives the evaluation findings, the plan of care, and progress updates — so you always know where things stand. If something changes clinically, you hear it from Mahad directly.

Appointments can take place in your home or, when permission, privacy, safety, and clinical appropriateness allow, at a gym, workplace, or another mutually agreed location. Exact location and service-area availability will be confirmed before scheduling.

Mahad also offers 1:1 MS Coaching — a virtual, non-clinical service — and general educational resources through Mind Over Nerves. These are not physical therapy, medical treatment, rehabilitation, or medical nutrition therapy, and they are never presented as a substitute for clinical care.
